Returns & Refunds
Most MERKATO purchases can be returned within 30 days. Refunds go back to the original payment method after the item is inspected.
How to start a return
Open your order, choose the items, and print or scan the prepaid label. Drop the parcel at any partner location. Wholesale lots may follow a different window.
What is not returnable
Personal-care items, made-to-order goods, and gift cards are final sale unless they arrived damaged or not as described.
